On Tuesday November 24, 2020, CCS noticed that some Jabber phone sessions are randomly disconnecting. The issue was reported to the vendor. A software patch has to be applied to resolve a software bug late this evening.
A patch has been applied and services resumed normally at 3:00 AM on November 25, 2020
The problem resurfaced again at 10:30 AM. The vendor is trying to find the root cause
A restart to some servers were required to clear the issue. This occurred on November 25, at 10:00 PM and services resumed since then
