On Friday, Nov. 17, 2017 starting at approximately 10:00 AM emails to Ryerson GMail users were not delivered. This service disruption only applies to Ryerson GMail and does not impact the other Ryerson Google Services such as Google Drive, Google Calendar and Google Hangout. CCS is investigating the issue.
Update (1:33PM): The issue was resolved at 11:55 AM this morning. The root cause was a network routing issue that was a side effect of a network change made earlier this morning.
